It’s sometimes hard to admit your service sucks

 

 “Poor customer service”?  24.6 million results in 16 seconds on google search  (depending on the speed of your broadband!) and 35.8 million results if you search “bad customer service”.   That’s 27 million more than “cute puppies”.  What is wrong with us!

Lets assume that it is not a strategic choice.  And if it is not, then perhaps Great Service should be a strategic necessity.
